Built for the brand owner who thinks marketing can wait
Our Story
Matricorn.com started with a simple observation: most small brand owners are brilliant at making their product — and almost completely on their own when it comes to selling it.
Our founder, Abrar Bin Rashid, spent time talking to founder after founder running their own small brands, and kept hearing the same belief: "If people like what I make, they'll buy it. I don't really need marketing." It's an understandable mindset — when you're pouring everything into the product itself, marketing can feel like an extra expense rather than a necessity. But it's also the quiet reason so many genuinely good products never find the customers who would have loved them.
Abrar saw how much that belief was costing small, founder-led brands — not because their products weren't good enough, but because no one was showing up to tell people they existed. That gap is what Matricorn was built to close.
He didn't start it alone. His sister, Humaira Rashid, was there from the very beginning — the one pushing him to actually take the leap, believing in the idea before there was anything to point to, and giving him the courage to turn an observation into a real company.
Today, Matricorn exists for that same small brand owner who thinks marketing is something for "later" — to show them it doesn't have to be expensive, complicated, or out of reach to start now.
